Terms of Use

A referral service, not a contractor

Northglenn Frozen Pipe Pros (northglennfrozenpipepros.com) is a marketing and referral service. It connects homeowners with independent local plumbing contractors and does not itself perform plumbing, pipe repair, or water line work. Any work at your home is performed by an independent contractor, under an agreement between you and that contractor.

No obligation from calling

Calling the number on this site connects you with a local contractor so you can describe your problem and hear what a visit would involve. The call itself creates no obligation to hire anyone, and no work is authorized until you agree to it directly with the contractor.

Your responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor you hire carries the license and insurance required for the work being performed, and to agree on the scope of work directly with that contractor before work begins.

No warranties

This site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by independent contractors, and it is not responsible for the quality, scheduling, or outcome of work arranged through a referral. The content on this site is general information about frozen, burst, and leaking pipes; it is not a diagnosis of your home's plumbing.

Site content

Content on this site may be updated or changed at any time without notice. Service areas, availability, and contractor participation can change; the contractor you speak with is the authority on what they can do and when.
